Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed for dispatch within the applicable lead time communicated for the product.
We deliver nationwide within South Africa.
Free delivery on boards and knives. Director's Chair delivery is quoted separately.
Once an order has been dispatched, the purchaser will receive the relevant courier or tracking information where available.
Collection is also available by prior arrangement.
Root & Rivet (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service once the goods have been dispatched.

In the event that an item is damaged during delivery, the purchaser must notify Root & Rivet (Pty) Ltd within 7 working days of receipt, with clear photographic evidence of the item and packaging.
