Delivery

Boards, knives & gift sets

Delivery is free anywhere in South Africa and included in the price. Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 working days of payment. December is the couriers’ busiest time, so please order by 12 December for Christmas delivery.

Director’s Chairs

Our Director’s Chairs fold flat, but couriers charge by size rather than weight, so chair delivery is not included in the price.

To order a chair:

1. WhatsApp Jaco on 082 775 4330 (or use the “Request a delivery quote” button) with your chosen chair, colour and delivery address.
2. We’ll send you a courier quote to your door.
3. Once you accept, you’ll receive a secure PayFast payment link for the chair plus delivery.
4. Your chair is dispatched once payment is received.

Courier Damage

In the event that an item is damaged during delivery, the purchaser must notify Root & Rivet (Pty) Ltd within 7 working days of receipt, with clear photographic evidence of the item and packaging.

Please email the details and photographs to jaco@rootandrivet.co.za.

Root & Rivet will assess the damage and, where appropriate, arrange for the item to be repaired, replaced or otherwise resolved in accordance with applicable South African consumer law.
