Orders & Shipping

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, all orders will be processed within 14 working days. Delivery is via courier nationwide and will be confirmed with a tracking number once dispatched. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and are for the account of the purchaser. Root & Rivet (Pty) Ltd is not liable for delays caused by the courier service once goods have been dispatched.

For oversized or bespoke furniture pieces, delivery arrangements will be confirmed directly with the purchaser prior to dispatch.

In the event of courier damage, the purchaser must notify Root & Rivet (Pty) Ltd within 7 working days of receipt, with photographic evidence, by emailing jaco@rootandrivet.co.za. Root & Rivet will arrange collection and either repair, replace, or refund the damaged item at its discretion.
