When you contact us, request a quote, or make a purchase, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and details of your enquiry or order.

We use this information to respond to enquiries and quote requests, process and fulfil orders, arrange delivery, and provide customer support and warranty service.

We share personal information with trusted third parties only where necessary to provide our service: Shopify (order and checkout processing), PayFast (payment processing), and Web3Forms (contact and quote form delivery). Each of these providers processes your information solely to perform the function we use them for.

Meta receives information about your visit to this website, including the pages you view, your device and browser details, and a cookie identifier, and uses it to measure how well our advertising performs and to show our ads to people who may be interested.
